"This book is beyond excellent! I have been amazed at how well my students' drafting (and general writing) skills have improved over the course of the semester. Using the book for only the first time this semester, I have concentrated on the mechanics of drafting rather than the business realities that Professor Stark emphasizes in the book. But next time through I plan to spend more time on the business aspects of the contract exercises that the students work on. The Teacher's Manual is very helpful. I appreciate the guidance about coverage and about what to stress in each lesson. If there is a Pulitzer-type prize for legal education authors, Professor Stark deserves it."
