Markus D. Dubber
Markus Dubber is Professor of Law, Roger and Karen
Jones Faculty Scholar, and Director of the Buffalo Criminal Law Center
at SUNY
Buffalo Law School. He has taught at the University
of Chicago Law School and the University of Michigan Law School, has
held research fellowships at the University of Toronto and the
University of Munich, and is a member of the American Law
Institute. Professor Dubber is editor of the New Criminal Law
Review
and has published and lectured widely on criminal law related
subjects. His other criminal law teaching materials include a
first-year casebook, American Criminal Law: Cases, Statutes,
and Comments (Foundation 2005) (with Mark Kelman), a short introduction
to the Model Penal Code, Criminal Law: Model Penal
Code (Foundation 2002), and a series of interactive computer lessons
available from The Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction
